When you contact me, I will usually suggest an initial 50 minute session for you to share something of what is bringing you to therapy, what you are hoping for, and to ask any questions you may have. It is an opportunity for us to meet and get a feeling for how it might be to work together.
Often, we will both have a sense that it feels right to continue from here. Sometimes people will take a few days to decide and there is no obligation. The full fee is charged for this initial session.
